Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide:

• name
• company
• email address
• phone number
• message

Google Analytics cookies. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects data about how the site is used, such as pages visited, browser and device type, operating system, visit duration, approximate location (country or city level) and referring source. We do not collect names or email addresses through analytics.

We use contact form data only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to manage a customer relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps before entering into a contract.

We use analytics data to improve the site and understand how it is used. The legal basis is your consent, given in the cookie banner.

We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.

Contact form messages are delivered through Formspree, and analytics is provided by Google. These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA, for example in the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another transfer mechanism permitted under the GDPR.

We keep contact form data for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting customer relationship, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires a longer period.

Google Analytics keeps user-level data for 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically.

• request erasure of your data
• withdraw your analytics consent at any time
